In the list at the top of the form, select one or more topic areas in which your submission should be reviewed.
Mark your choice or choices with a capital X thus:

For all text, use 12-point Times New Roman typeface, single spaced.
Insert the paper’s title.
Insert the presenting author’s full name, affiliation, and e-mail address.
Insert the full name and affiliation of each additional author.
Type the abstract. Use a maximum of 250 words. Be sure that the abstract fits on the form’s one page. Abstracts longer than 250 words will be truncated.
To receive early editorial consideration, please submit your abstract before May 15, 2008.
